Welcome to the AVVBA

Welcome to the Atlanta Vietnam Veterans Business Association website. The AVVBA was founded in 1981 to promote patriotism and sponsor activities of a patriotic nature among the business community; to recognize those who served and honor those who gave their lives in the Vietnam War; to promote the positive image of the Vietnam veteran, their dependents and the widows and orphans of deceased Vietnam veterans. For more information about AVVBA, please print out or download our AVVBA flyer.

Since 1987, AVVBA has dedicated a memorial in the greater Atlanta area to honor our fallen brothers and the sacrifice of their families. Over the years, AVVBA has developed partnerships with many community organizations that enable our members to support our service men and women and the veteran community.

Membership in AVVBA is open to those veterans who served in Vietnam and we invite and welcome the support of all who share our goals. Current membership: over 302 members. Our monthly luncheons are held at the Dunwoody United Methodist Church (1548 Mount Vernon Road, Dunwoody, GA 30338), normally on the first Tuesday of each month, beginning at 1100 hours. Vietnam veterans are encouraged to come by and check us out and enjoy the fellowship, good food, and fine speakers each month.
